ARC Systems (Advanced Resource Computer Systems) was founded in 1984 and quickly became the acknowledged leader in automated underwriting and loan origination software for the sub-prime mortgage market.

As ARC Systems grew, we expanded our product to encompass all non-conforming loans. We also began segmenting products for different customers within the mortgage banking market: loan officers, warehouse underwriters, investment bankers, and providers of home equity loans.
